Representing the Ironsides
There is no greater privilege than pulling on the red, white, and blue Ironsides kit. Whenever you do, whether for the first time or the 100th time, you become a part of something bigger than yourself: You become a representative of our team, your teammates, and the city of Boston. With that in mind, players and official supporters are required to adhere to our team Code of Conduct. If you have any questions about this, please don't hesitate to reach out to anyone in our leadership.

Why Join An Inclusive Rugby Team? |
Great question! Here are four good reasons:
1. Build A Family. Rugby is a close contact sport. In order to be successful, you need the trust and support of your teammates on and off the pitch. 2. Break Stereotypes. Every time the Ironsides step onto the pitch we are proud to help break the stereotype that LGBTQ+ people can't play or be successful at sports. 3. Travel. Our affiliations allow us to play throughout New England, across the U.S., and around the world. 4. Body Positivity. Rugby is a sport for all body types. No person is too big, too small, too tall, or too short to find a place on the pitch. |
